It is hard to predict what will happen now that the UK has voted to leave the European Union but one thing is certain James Duggan Estates will continue to offer the best value service in Property Sales and Rentals. Some media have predicted a fall in interest rates soon which will help the market. Certainly over the last few weeks we haven't saw too much to concern us. We have infact just put to market 2 Impeccable refurbished houses in the Bloomfield and Ballyhackamore areas. Both have received many enquiries before we even got to market them!
