James duggan were excellent in handling my mother’s purchase. They handled viewings satisfactorily. They handled the bid process professionally and promptly. They then had the sale marked as agreed online on a Saturday morning, having had an agreement the previous afternoon. This was followed by a sale agreed board by the Monday. The two stand out characteristics were: 
1) they (and the seller) were excellent in allowing multiple site visits with workmen. This included a willingness of a staff member to allow us access in private time during a weekend. 
2) even with a few misunderstandings having arisen on timings to conclude the transaction, Mark was always courteous and professional, and kept the process calm for everyone.
