James (The Gaffer), is our Managing Director, and has over 20 years experience in the property market. Over the years there haven't been many situations that James has not seen and he always has a solution to any problem. James has based his business over the years on one main ethos, customer service. Mark is in charge of the daily running of the office and has particular expertise with regards to the Sales and Lettings at James Duggan Estates. Mark has over 9 years experience in the property market, and previous to that was in Financial Services. Also a fully qualified mortgage adviser there isn't much Mark doesn't know when it comes to selling your property and his expertise comes in very useful in complex situations.
Mark is married with a young Family of 3, and is originally from Newcastle Co. Down but has lived in Belfast for the last 20 years. He is a big Tottenham Hotspur supporter, but don't let that put you off.
