A recent publication by the Sunday Times has named Ballyhackamore as one of the best places to live in Northern Ireland.

It was once a run down quiet area of East Belfast but is is now full of excellent restaurants, cafes and retailers. According to the Sunday Times a starter home sells for around £95,000, a mid market home around £168,000 and a family home typically sells for around £381,000.

The area runs various incentives to attract visitors like an Artisan Market, Food tours and more. The demand for retail units is high and they don't stay empty for long.

We at James Duggan have sold and rented many houses in the Ballyhackamore area and are positioned in a great location off Grand Parade. If you would like a valuation to sell or information on renting please get in touch on 02890 925050.
